Background: The purpose of this study was to compare the effectiveness of cognitive therapy based on mindfulness and behavioral activation therapy on cognitive avoidance and emotion regulation in people with generalized anxiety disorder.Materials and Methods: The research was of an applied type, with a semi-experimental method with a pre-test-post-test design with a control group. The statistical population included all the people suffering from generalized anxiety disorder in Mashhad in 2019, out of which 45 samples were selected from the Pulse of Life Psychotherapy Clinic and divided into 3 groups of 15 people (2 experimental groups and 1 control group). Randomly replaced and in three stages of pre-test, post-test and follow-up, they responded to the general anxiety disorder scale of Spitzer et al. (2006), cognitive avoidance by Sexton and Dagas (2008) and emotional regulation difficulty by Gertz and Romes (2004). The first group received 8 sessions of mindfulness-based cognitive therapy by Kabat-Zinn et al. (1992) and the second group received 8 sessions of behavioral activation therapy by Dimigian et al. (2008) and the control group did not receive any treatment. The data was analyzed using Spss statistical software. Results: The results of analysis of variance with repeated measurement showed that both treatments were effective on cognitive avoidance and emotion regulation of the sample (p<0.05), but there is no significant difference in the effect of the two methods (p<0.227).Conclusion: Both treatments can be used to reduce the psychological problems of people with generalized anxiety disorder

Introduction: The aim of this study was to compare the effectiveness of mindfulness-based cognitive therapy and emotion-oriented therapy on psychological cohesion in type 2 diabetic patients.
Materials and Methods: The present study was applied in terms of purpose, with pre-test-post-test design, which used a quasi-experimental research design. The statistical population of the study included all people with type 2 diabetes who referred to Sabzevar Diabetes Clinic in 1398. From the mentioned statistical population, 45 people were selected by convenience sampling and randomly divided into 3 groups of 15 people (2 experimental groups and one control group). Antonovski (2006) answered the questionnaire of feeling psychological cohesion. In this study, descriptive data analysis was used to describe the collected data and the data were analyzed using SPSS statistical software.
Results: The results showed that mindfulness-based cognitive therapy and emotion-oriented therapy are effective on mental cohesion in type 2 diabetic patients and there was no significant difference in their effectiveness

The aim of this study was to compare the effectiveness of group schema therapy and planned behavior training on student addiction of teachers at Farhangian University of Mashhad. Materials and Methods: The design of the present study is quasi-experimental in three groups with pre-test and post-test. The study population was all student teachers in the campuses of Khorasan Razavi province in the academic year of 2019-2020. Forty-five student-teachers were randomly assigned to three groups: schema therapy (n=15), planned behavior training (n=15), and control (n=15). The intervention groups underwent 11 sessions of 60-minute schema therapy and 8 sessions of 90-minute planned behavior training, respectively, and the control group did not receive treatment. Data by scale Goldsmith Addiction (2006) It was collected during three stages and analyzed by repeated measures analysis of variance. Results: The research findings showed that group schema therapy and planned behavior training are effective in reducing student-teacher addiction . This effect after one month follow-up in both groups was durable (P <0.01). There was also a significant difference between the two interventions (p < 0.01). Conclusion: Both schema therapy and planned behavior training can be effective in preventing youth addiction.

Introduction: Considering the increase in the population of the youth and the discrepancy between what is taught in the educational system and what is needed in work place, there is a need to improve work conditions. The aim of the present study was to investigate the effectiveness of Shafiabady's Multiaxial Pattern of Vocational Choice in the development of small- and mid-sized home-based businesses. Materials and Methods: This research project, which is semiexperimental, was based on 40 people in the field of small and medium home-based jobs in Mashhad in 2019. Through sampling as a targeted cluster out of 10 workshops in Mashhad in two groups -- the experimental group (n = 20) and control group (n = 20) were performed. The experimental group underwent 8 group sessions for 90 minutes. Data were collected and analyzed using the standard analysis-maker questionnaire and works on the development of small and mid-sized businesses of Karimi et al. (2014) during the three stages before and after the intervention and 3 months later and using multi-variable covariance (MANCOVA) test. Results: The results showed that the mean scores of the components (financial and facilities, educational, managerial, communication and total factors) increased significantly in the post-test and follow-up stages compared to the pre-test (p <0.05). Also, in the support component, it showed a significant increase only in the follow-up phase compared to the pre-test (p <0.05). Conclusion: As a result, the Shafiabady's Multiaxial Pattern of Vocational Choice was effective in developing small and medium-sized home-based businesses. Received
